Puddings SYN FREE Mousse :-)

Hi All,

I found this recipe on the SW website and decided to adapt it to suit what I fancied this afternoon and what I had knocking about in the fridge!!! It was super quick, tasty and syn free so wanted to share. Pics also included.

Yummy (SYN FREE) toffee mouse with some kiwi on top! Free on EE. Makes 4 servings.
1 tub of quark (250g) - Free
1 Toffee Mullerlight - Free
200g Fat free/Low fat natural yoghurt - Free
1-2 Tablespoons of sweetner (to your own taste)
Kiwi - SF
In a bowl mix the quark, mullerlight and natural yoghurt together. I used an electic whisk but a spoon will do. When the conisistency is smooth and no lumps can be seen, divide into glasses or bowls. Chop the kiwi, add to the top and...voila! This can be done with any yoghurt and fruit or add an sachet of options to vary the flavours! Enjoy x
