I've seen a recipe for these somewhere but I can't find them now, can someone help, please?!! :sigh:
To make mine I just friend up lots of onions, mixed it with made up smash, salt, pepper and curry powder and cooked them in the oven for abotu an hour until crispy.

Ive seen recipes for these which use chick peas instead of smash... i dont have chick peas in the cupboard, but i do have a tin of green lentils - anybody think they might work?? I will attempt them at some point if the husband brings come corriander home with him!
