syn free or not syn free that is the question

I have just got a recipie for smash pizza but people cant agree if it is synfree for not ... would i have to syn the smash as im not using it as potatoe mash?

If you're having it as part of a meal then I'd say no syns, if you are making it as a snack I'd say syn it, that's our consultants take on it.
