Syn free quiche.....

Hi, I'm thinking of making the syn free quiche, as it's my favourite recipe at the moment. Do I have to add the cheese? Can I not just add the cottage cheese and egg? I have no cheese

I've been told to use 3 eggs to 1 tub of cottage cheese and any veg I want. how long do you bake it for.. x

Doing some tonight with broccoli, tomato, onion and cheese, yum!
