Hiya

Yes sure

you need

2 morrisons diet sausages
small onion
2 slices of bread ( 400g pack)
sage

This makes 7 large stuffing balls

take skins off the sausages, add to mixing bowl. Crumble the bread( i used a processor) dice onions small. Mix all together in the bowl, add the sage and one egg to bind. Roll them into the sizes you want and 20 mins in the oven

Excellent!! Thanks

Sounds good. Thanks for sharing x

I dont think it is ok not to syn it, better to be safe than sorry, dont you think it is the slippery slope if you start to think is only a little bit I wont syn it.. :-( I know I have done it in the past and when I have stoped to think, or when my consultant has asked me to 'think' about every thing I have eaten that I have realised how the syns have added up, This is the syn value for bread

So if you are using 2 slices that is 5 syns, perhaps you could make 5 balls and then they would be 1 syn each?
