Syn free Tandoori masala style curry

I've just made this cos i fancied a tomatoey curry for dinner, so kinda made it up as i went along. It seems to have worked quite well though!!

1 diced onion
2 green peppers
2 tsp Tandoori masala powder
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 cloves garlic
1 tin tomatoes
500ml Passata
1/2 pint water
handful chopped fresh corriander
pinch salt & sweetener to taste

heat some frylight in a pot, then add the onions, garlic, chilli and tandoori spices, fry for a minute or so.

add the sliced peppers, tomatoes, passata and water.

simmer for 20 mins then add the chopped corriander and simmer until sauce is of a curry consistancy.

Once at this stage the sauce can be cooled and frozen or can be added to some cooked meat or veg and served with rice.
