Can anyone help me with the syn value for the following:

0.7g sugar
11.3g fat
4.9g sat fat
1.2g salt

was going to make the burgers tonight from the new SW magazine but these were reduced and looked pretty lean so indulged!!

I'm going to be very good and have mine grilled with no bun, sweet potato wedges, salad and a corn on the cob. The only problem with be resisting a knob of butter on the corn....
