Syn help please

How many syns would you allow for a tuna mayo baguette with fries. It was quite a big baguette.

I know it will be high but i dont tend to use more than 2-3 syns a day but I need to work it out to keep me on track!

Hang on, 2 -3 syns a day? Aren't you allowed up to 15 a day?

You are indeed! Lana: You're meant to have 5-15 syns each day - having less isn't following the plan, and probably won't help much as your body needs things like fat and sugar just as much as vitamins and minerals!
