Syn help please

One of the girls at work has brought in some nice looking cakey things but as they are new I am not sure of the syns, what info do I need to tell you guys so you would know the syns?

hi hun, what shop are they from and what are they called?

if theyre not listed, you need the nutritional info for the syns calculator, so serving size, cals, protein, carbs, sugars etc xx

They are jam bakes from Marks and Spencers but I think they are new?

I can't get onto the Slimming world website at work is there anyone else I can do it hun? xx

ah ok, i dont have access to the website either

in that case, just divide the number of calories by 20, and that should give you a rough idea on syns, 1 syn = 20 calories with choccie/treats/anything where there isnt really a free food element xx
