Syn & hexb help!

If I have 1 slice wholemeal bread (average size loaf not 400g) and 1 alpen light bar, how many syns should I count on top of hexb? Im doing ee plan. Confused!

60g of wholemeal bread is one HEB - that generally equates to one slice of a regular wholemeal loaf depending on the bread. So I would then syn the alpen light bar (3 syns).
