Syn value for roast pork foo yung?

Anyboby know how many syns for a foo yung dish from the chinese? It's a type of chinese omelette so was thinking not too bad.

I had them quite often with plain noodles and it hasn't affected my weight loss. I heard in group that this was quite low in syns & I think the noodles are free. I just count my curry sauce mmmm. I'm fancying one now!! Lol x
