I tend to use my Heathy options b on bread, I like a sandwich. Sometimes I find my self in a situ where I can only have white bread( usually when I'm at my nans who refuses to eat wholemeal) anyway my question is can I reduce the syn value in white bread if its used as my healthy options b for that day. Thanks
