Syn value help please

Hi guys, can anyone help me out a little. Iv bought some philladelhia light to use as an hexA but totaly under estimated how much 75g is, its far too much for me as I just cant have it spread thick.

Im going to use the rest of my allowance today in pasta, but I cant see me doing this every time, so can anyone tell me how much 30g would be and also the very light spread cheese as well.

Well you have the option to split your HEs so you could just have half the amount of philly and then use the other half for some milk or a different type of cheese.

But if you really want to just syn it then it is 2 syns for 25g.

I use it with sweetner and vanilla on fruit

The sweetner & vanilla on fruit sounds bloody lovely, will definatly try that in the future, but this one has garlic & herbs in lol. Diddnt know I could split my hex's that definatly more usefull for me. Will do that. Thanks guys.
