Hi everyone, can someone possibly tell me the syn value of this please as it's a really good alternative to pasta if you are trying to watch your wheat intake.

From a quick google it looks like its just pasta, so it would be free anyway?

Hi Ermintrude it's 80% Kamut and 20% Quinoa, just raw grain no added ingredients

Hi, yeah what I meant was it is just pasta, so it is free. All pasta is made from wheat, this is just one particular type of wheat, It still just pasta so its free
