Syn values in peppered steaks?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows the syn value for peppered steak, just bought from a butcher?
This is just normal steak, not processed, but coated in a pepper marinade.

Also, does anyone know the values for ready-prepared stir fry from a butcher, with beef strips, peppers and piri piri sauce?


I am guessing 5 per serving of both the steak and the stir fry, but can't find these online

There is no way of knowing for sure the syns in these things unless you know the nutritional information sorry xx
