Hi. I'm a newbie on here and was wondering if anyone could tell me if you're using something with a syn value in a recipe do you calculate syns based on per portion? For example, if I'm using 2 tbsp horseradish sauce in a recipe that feeds four, does this mean it's 0.5 syn per portion or do you count it as 2 syns (I think it's 1 syn per tbsp...?)

Hey there, you just calculate it per portion so it's 0.5.
