Syn'ed

Forgive me SW for I have syn'ed I have just eaten 2 alpen lights and 4 ryvita I feel so naughty

if you're having them as syns...doesn't it only come to 10? maybe 12? (can't remember how many are in normal ryvita) or you could use either the 2 alpens or the ryvitas as a HEX if you havent had it yet

The ryvita are 2.5 each and alpen light are 3 each so I'm over but only by 1, thank you I didn't think to add them up just thought I'd pigged out xXx

I wish my "pigging out" consisted of Alpen lights and Ryvita! Those were really healthy choices, and you're only over by 1 Syn. So well done!
