I have not kept my food diery over weekend, so i'm gonna sit and fill it in now... i have had quite alot of syns since friday... upuntill then i had only had8 syns all week, so i had quite a few syns to play with... but think i have gone well over board..... i need to get back on track today and have a good week, just drawing a line under last week. I hope my weigh in is not a big disapointment.... will be happy if i have maintained... but not so happy if i have gained....

You might be surprised, I sometimes have a loss even when I've gone over my syns, stress plays a big part in weight loss and the more you fret and worry about it the likelyhood is the less you'll lose or you may even gain.
