Syns for buffalo wings sauce? Please help

I am quite new to slimming world and the one thing i cant find out the syns for is Discovery New York Buffalo wings sauce.. does anyone know what the syns are for some of this sauce?

The info on the bottle is Nutrition info typical values per 100g
Energy - 318 kj/76 kcal
Protein - 1.6g
Carbohydrate - 12.1g
Fat - 2.3g

I have often wondered - just what exactly is a buffalo wing? Buffalos can't fly, so obviously I am missing something here. Daft question, I know.
