Syns for cottage pie

Hi. Could anyone tell me how many syns would be in a homemade cottage pie (beef mince 5%, carrots, onions, beef stock, plain flour, garlic, potatoes & Worcester sauce)

You would just need to syn the plain flour. Everything else would be free depending on much you used would depend on how many syns it is. 1tsp? 1tbsp?

1 level tsp = 0.5 syn
1 level tbsp = 2syns

You can make it completely free by leaving out the flour and adding a tin of beans. This thickens the 'gravy' deliciously x
