Syns for Maintaining??

Could anyone tell me how many syns you have when maintaining?
I know it will be different for everyone but can anyone tell me what has worked for you?

when maintaining you still get the same amount of syns just introduce 1 extra HE till you get balance right

Thank you! I feel the plan is so super healthy though that I could try incorporating some extra syns.
Will start with the HEB so.
