WW foods are the devil, i assumed points-syns would be pretty simaler, how i was wrong! stupid buiscuits and crisps at only 1 point= liek 5 syns!

it depends which ones, WW is a completely different diet to SW so points/syns wont be the same. Some things are low in syns, others quite high.

General rule of thumb is to divide calories by 20. So if something is 100 calories, it will be about 5 syns.
