Hiya all, very new to all this but so pleased to have found this website. It makes it all so much easier knowing u can get advice whenever u need it.
Week 1 and i've got a family meal Sat at a local pub. Just wondering if anyone can help and tell me how many syns a vegetable lasagne with Jacket potato would be on green. Thanks. xx

Average portion of vegetable lasagne is 7 syns on green- the potato will be free. Just watch in case they try to put butter on the potato or serve garlic bread with the lasagne- difficult to resist when in front of you!!!
