Hi guys, hope everybody is enjoying their Fri night?! I have just returnes from cinema with my hubby and having shared a medium sized sweet poopcorn I am feeling the need to know the damage I may have done.... any suggestions?

I just read a link that said 8 1/2 syns for 28g cinema popcorn .... before the sugar or salt are added!!!:cry:
