Just wondering if anyone can tell me the syns in one cube of cake from a Happy Birthday Cube Cake. I am just doing Slimming World on my own without going to classes and so don't have access to the calculator online, all nutritional information below:

It will be 9.5 Syns per cube.

As cake doesn't contain any free food allowance, you can use 20 calories = 1 Syn as a rough guide. This also works for other foods with no free food allowance such as bread, crisps, chocolate, etc.
