Syns in linseeds - help please

I find linseeds aid my digestion but haven't been taking them since I've been on SW because I was worried about the syns in them.

I'm suffering a bit as a result :cry: - so if anyone could tell me the syn content that would be great (I only have about 1 tsp per day normally).

Level tablespoon of linseed is 3½ syns on red and green.
Have you had a try of scan bran (5 as a Hex) I have it at breakfast crushed then made up with milk from allowance and a bit of water then nuked - makes a sort of a porrage, then add chopped banana - YUM and keeps things moving!
