Syns in mashed watermelon

Have a huge watermelon that I will never finish before it goes bad... I was planning on mashing it a bit and making it into ice lollies.... Any idea if this would be synned and if so how much?

Isn't the mashing rule to stop you say mashing 3 bananas and eating the lot rather than just eating 1 solid one? Don't know how this applies to watermelon as it isn't portioned out by nature like that! Couldn't you just cut it into cubes or oblong slices and freeze like that?

I've mashed less than my standard serving and separated it into 8 lolly moulds so I'm not synning it.... Am never gong to eat all 8 in one go so think it'll be ok.
