Syns in quiche with no pastry

Hi all how many syns would u count for a slice of quiche but not eating the pastry bit, is the filling just egg (mine also had peppers)??

The egg would have been mixed with something, it is not just plain egg. It would either be milk or cream.

Was it a shop bought quiche? If so, you could read the ingredients on the packaging.

It was on a buffet so cant check the box I only had that and 2 mini scotch eggs (5 syns) as my syns today so just hoping I come in under 15

Well I'm not going to lie I'm not sure...but I had a crustless mini quiche from weight watchers and it was about 11 syns!!!!
Best off to make it yourself if possible there are some lovely slimming world recipes for quiche on here
