doesn't feel like i have lost anything so only the scales will tell on monday - fingers crossed :scale:

I tend not to syn my meds as they are essential to your health at the time and don't last forever so just think, if I gain then so be it. When you stop the meds again, you'll lose. Don't stress about it too much. I have been on all sorts of sweets and syrups since starting sw and have only had 3 gains (all due to non medicine related incidents, lol)

I think synning medicines is a little unecessary, you need them to get better!
