When we get a syns value for something such as cheese sauce or Angel delight, does the syn value include the milk or do we have to add the milk to it?

I was wondering how many syns for a Colmans cheese sauce mix and it said 8 syns, but if this includes the milk and I used my A box would it only be 2 syns?

No, that would be without the milk hun....you always have to count each ingredient! Shame though, how great would two syns for one sauce be )
