Syns or a HEB?

I normally have two alpen light bars but they become so expensive to keep buying and my student budget isn't stretching that far right now so I bought some Ryvita goodness cranberry and apple bars from Home & Bargains and wondered if I could count one or two of these as a HEB or whether I would have to syn them?

My list says for 1HEB:

2 ryvita goodness bars any variety (23g each)

or
1 ryvita goodness luxury bar any variety (35g bar)

Ohhh yay! They are the 23g bars so I can have two - might go and stock up as they are only 99p per box in H&B and are very yummy!

ooh i love home bargains thing is i go in for a browse and come out at least 10 quid lighter every time,im gonna get some of them am they nice?

I think the Ryvita bars are really nice. They do a cranberry and apply one that has a lovely sharp taste. They are proper cereal bars, with a heavier texture than Alpen lights.

Yes, I have had two today and they are really nice .. more to them than the shrinking alpen bars
