Can anyone help. Just bought some morning flake almond and raisen granola from asda, can I have 35g as my HEB or do I have to syn it? It was a bargain at £1.97 for a big bag compared to the other expensive brands xx

Can't find anything called Morning Flake. Did you mean Mornflake?

If that is it, then I think it is unlikely to be a healthy extra because of the high sugar content - it is the second largest ingredient and is listed as being nearly 24 percent (although some of that will come from the dried fruit).

Thanks annafarraday, I'm not sure now as I threw the packaging away. I do remember it being an orange pack though. I've avoided it just incase, such a shame though as I love granola x

Just checked...it's not on the hexb list...it's 5 syns per 25gr
