I have a SW starter pack that I got off ebay, I also have the magazines. I can follow the SW plan with these as I don't think I can get to a club at present. What I want to know is how do you know the value of Syns in food? I know there are some of the generic syns in the Food Optimising book, but if SW is going to be a lifelong thing for me, I need to learn syn values. What is the best way to do this? Wondering whether to take the plunge or stay calorie counting.
