so long as you're not eating for eatings sake, and are actually hungry, and you have the syns free to do so - then nowt wrong with it.

That's the beauty of Food Optimising - nothing is "forbidden"
I eat a curly wurly at least twice a week, and a bourneville bar (11 syns) after weigh in every week. If you fancy chocolate have some! I'm using mine for a glass of wine tonight.
One tip with syns is to try & save them for the evening - that way if you do have a craving you will usually still have syns to play with.

I am still finding it diff from everything else my head is never out my book lol
SW is different from everything else - that's what is so good about it!

Good to see you are using your book - that's the way to get things right and not make mistakes.

I have just started again - haven't been able to go to class for about six weeks. So I am looking again at the book just as if I was a brand new member.
