Week 3 Day 1 – Friday 17/06
Breakfast
2 lean bacon rashers
mushrooms & tomatoes
57g Wholemeal roll (HxB)
Mid Morning
Onken Strawberry yogurt
Lunch
Gammon Salad - peppers, lettuce & carrot
2 tbsp light salad cream (3 syns)
3 babybel lights (HxA)
Snack
Apple
Tea
5 bean chilli from Wetherspoons (6 syns)

I rejoined SW on the 2nd June. Aside from me wanting to get slimmer, fitter and healthier, and put my bad relationship with food back in the past where it belongs, my bloke’s sister is getting married in October, and I don’t want to be a hippo for that.
So – Onwards and downwards. I hear about this Extra Easy thing, and I gave that a go solidly for 2 weeks, and results?
Week 1 – lost 1lb
Week 2 – Gained 1lb
I am getting the 1/3rd in 90% of meals. Snacking on fruit or vegetable crudités, making better choices. I am struggling with my Healthy Extras though.
Anyway, decided that for Week 3, I will return to the old Red & Green days. See if that will help.
Though today, because I had gammon to use up, and I am out for my tea, we’ll do EE…
