Hi all

I've been exercising for just over a month now. I took my measurements when I started and I have lost 5cm from round my waist and 2cm from my hips. I haven't lost loads of weight but this has helped to motivate me to continue.

Just to say that I had never done this before when trying to lose weight and now I can see why they recommend it.

i do this aswell! its a good way to indicate how much youve lost when the scales dont budge, or the scales get heavier in my case!
