Had a really bad day - am being persuaded into a take away by hubby, does anyone have any advice on what is the least bad chinese dish I can have?

Dont want to blow it all completely but really fancy a treat.

    thanks

According to WW boiled rice is less than fried rice. Chow mein especially vegetable or mushroom is low.

And yes chicken and mushroom is low

Thanks to you both, but I decided that I would not give in! And am sticking to my stir fry chicken.... might just have to have a glass of wine or two instead tho.
