I don't know how much that would come to but I think it would sail over your 20.5 points Lauren. I really hope you don't mind me saying this, but I've just read your blog from 2 days ago and how you felt after a 'big fat greasy takeaway'. I know the difference today is that you've only had a few points but I think it may be far wiser to have something else to eat tonight which you can accurately point rather than go down that road. Psychologically, it may start your cravings off again and you've seemed so much more positive this last few days than you did on your blog - it would be a shame to blow it now. Hope you don't mind me saying that - I just know what it would do to me. xxxxx
