I don't know how much that would come to but I think it would sail over your 20.5 points Lauren. I really hope you don't mind me saying this, but I've just read your blog from 2 days ago and how you felt after a 'big fat greasy takeaway'. I know the difference today is that you've only had a few points but I think it may be far wiser to have something else to eat tonight which you can accurately point rather than go down that road. Psychologically, it may start your cravings off again and you've seemed so much more positive this last few days than you did on your blog - it would be a shame to blow it now. Hope you don't mind me saying that - I just know what it would do to me. xxxxx

its always tempting to have something like that, but i would avoid 2 takeaways so close together, and i think that the kebab and chips would go way over your points. if you have been struggling to stick to points lately-maybe you could save some today to make up for the days where you went over?
i had for tea:
  • a jacket potato (medium), cut into wedges, parboiled for 5mins, then sprayed with fry light, and seasoned, in hot oven for about 20mins (3points)
  • 1/4 jar of weight watchers tikka massala cooking sauce-from the poundshop!! (1 point)
  • 2 heaped tbsp of peas (1point)
total=5 points!
really scrummy-i love chips and curry sauce, so a great alternative for me!
you could have the wedges and if you have some light mayo point that up, i dont think its much for 2tbsp
