Dry spare ribs, foo yung or aromatic crisy duck (minus the pancakes) everything else is a bit too risky for my liking.

I eat all of the above and, even though I'm fairly confident the ribs and the duck are marinated in some sort of sugar, they've never stopped me losing if I eat it once a week or so.
