Takeaways??

    H wants a takeaway tonight. Any suggestions for Chinese or Indian? More likely to be chinese though.

    The difficulty with take aways is that you really don't know what is in them. There could be hidden carbs in sauces, sugar etc. They don't come with nutrition panels on the packs either.

    Dry spare ribs, foo yung or aromatic crisy duck (minus the pancakes) everything else is a bit too risky for my liking.

    I eat all of the above and, even though I'm fairly confident the ribs and the duck are marinated in some sort of sugar, they've never stopped me losing if I eat it once a week or so.

    I second the ribs!! mmmm also chicken wings, as long as they're not in a sauce, I'm making myself want a chinese now lol
