Hello, over the last basically a year I've managed to put on three stone and today is the day I've decided it's time I'm going to lose it. I've lost weight before on the dukan diet so I know I can do it again, I'm just calorie counting this time but I really would like some support the last few months cakes, chocolate, biscuits and ice cream have been way to regular so I'm cutting them out and starting to be healthier again I also joined the gym last week so fingers crossed for me. Today has been successful so far 40g crunchy nut corn flakes and skimmed milk for breakfast and olives,cucumber,a few slices of ham, a few low calorie crackers and two slices of lighter cheese for lunch and I'm thinking a pasta bake for tea which is more calorific but I haven't had too much throughout the day.
