Hi all!!! Been off here for a while and off plan. By some miracle I only gained a pound this week... God know how! So I'm 10st 1.
I've decided to go back to clean eating for a little shake up with food. In getting bored and need a change. I know how to eat clean and I'm back at the gym now so going to do that for a bit, see how I go. I do my best eating clean and as much as I love slimming world, I nee to take my focus away from syns for a bit. I'm going to log my food on here anyway. Still going to eat main meals like slimming world anyway.
So start weight: 10st 1!!! I don't want to lose loads of weight, I just want to feel good and right now... I definitely don't!
Breakfast: 5 oatcakes, banana and cashew nuts
X1 coffee
X1 green tea
Dinner I know is lamb Biriyani
(Diced lamb, red onion, mushrooms, chickpeas, spices, passata and brown rice all done in slow cooker)
Lunch: not sure yet.
I'm allowing myself one cheat MEAL a week (not day)
