Tapas help!

Hiya,

I've just come back from Tapas with friends and hope I made some good choices!! Can anyone help me with a general synning value?

I had....

cod loin in a chickpea and spinach broth
Pork loin skewers
Chicken salad with NO dressing
Spanish ommlette (cooked in oil tho!)

Any thoughts? TIA X

Not sure on the others as I don't eat meat/fish

But I brought a pre-made spanish omelette from the shops, and its 6 syns per slice :O
