    afternoon!
Am going for a Tapas tomorrow night, I will be doing the ordering for me and my mum (she hasnt had tapas before - bless!), so will have free reign... to order healthy!

These are 6 tapas I have looked up that I think are saftest. Can you let me know your thoughts? I will be on EE tomorrow and will save my HEB choice for olive oil (as likely that most of the dises may contain some in the sauces)

    PAELLA DE VERDURAS -
A vegetarian paella, with seasonal vegetables.

    PISTO MANCHEGO -
Slow-roasted mixed peppers, onion, courgette and aubergine, in a tomato sauce.

    ALBóNDIGAS A LA JARDINERA
Our Spanish-style beef & pork meatballs, served in a tomato sauce

    BROCHETAS DE POLLO -
Skewers of chicken breast and pepper, marinated in paprika

    LANGOSTINOS A LA PLANCHA -
Grilled tiger prawns, with lemon and sea salt.

    TORTILLA ESPAñOLA
Spanish-style omelette, with potato and onion.

    thank you!!!!!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i love Tapas!! i think you will find there is a lot of olive oil in them, but i think that will be the case with all the dishes. and there might be some bread in the meatballs, but just enjoy it and be good the rest of the week.

    i am jealous!

i think you should treat yourself, you could always ask the waitress if she could help you choose as you need something low fat and low in hidden oils etc. but treat yourself and most importantly, ENJOY!!!
