Just wondering if everyone's target weights gives them a healthy bmi? Mine does (just) but now I'm unsure if I want to higher it? I'm only 5ft 1 & currently weigh 11st 6.5lbs. My original Target was 9st 6 but I'm now a size16. Coz I've been exercising I've toned up a lot so I'm not unhappy at min but am aiming for a size 14. I don't really want to be a 12 (mad as it sounds) as long term I don't think I'd maintain it & a 14 is much more maintainable for me. I'm now thinking 10-10.5 st is a better Target for me but then I won't have a healthy bmi? Any advice/ opinions? Thanks x
