Have decided to re-adjust my original target so that once reached I have a BMI which is in the healthy range instead of "overweight" So this years aim is to lose at least 2 stone maybe 4 if I'm good :D - thats 9 months to lose 4 stone which I think is acheivable. What is everyone elses target plan for this year? Do you think BMI is important? or just to lose weight til you feel you look good/healthy?
 
well i need another 1st 12 off this year to get to my target of 12stone which is still classed as overweight (am 5ft2) but i have been there before and thats where i felt happy
 
My goal is to lose 2 more stone to get to top range of healthy bmi, and then see how i feel when i get there, as i have never been slim so don't really know what the best weight is for me. but I plan on uping my excercise training so that i will look and feel my best, at a healthy weight.
 
I do plenty of walking, use my wii, use any excuse to get up and keep moving. It's worked quite nicely so far.
