Things I'm really looking forward to:

- having energy
- fitting properly into my jeans (rather than pretending I'm still a 16 in a very overstretched pair)
- not worrying about splitting my work trousers when I bend over
- wearing all the lovely clothes I have in my wardrobe
- the surprise on people's faces if they last saw me this Christmas
- suiting my hairstyle (my hair is short and looks so much better when my face is thinner)
- not being scared to go to the docs (I dread having a check up incase he finds anything weight related eg high blood pressure etc)
- hopefully my sleep will improve (I'm verging on sleep apnea) and my allergies will reduce
- I'll be able to run faster and be less embarrassed when out running)
- I want to be slim for my first holiday in the sun in many years (July)
- I want to be confident enough to date again

im sure there are more, and I'll add them as I think of them!

Here's my daily plan...(I want to get into a routine so I'm ready for back to work which as a teacher is always stressy)

AM Exercise DVD 10-20 mins (don't want to lose muscle), water

8am large black coffee from Costa...my daily treat, water
11am 1st pack, water
4pm 2nd pack, water
8pm 3rd pack, water

Hope that works ok...
 
Sounds like you have it all well planned there Target with lots of good reasons for reaching your goal.

Good luck tomorrow, I'll be back on track too so fingers crossed its a good week x
