Eurgh Mondays, hate them :mad: but the day is nearly over, thank heavens!

Today I have had -
Brekkie - half tin of pinapple - 104 cals
Lunch - potatoe salad - 400 cals & soup - 82 cals
Tea - WW bangers & mash - 312 cals
Snack - muller light yogurt - 190 cals

Total - 1088 please with that :D

Only exercise I managed to do is walk the dogs for 45 mins as today is a hectic day for me. Off to drama group soon where there will be loads of choccies so got to resist :sigh:
 
well done hun - youve done really well today! im sure youll be fine with the choccies! u seem to have will power of steel!!

Thanks hun. The reason I am managing to be so good this time is because of this forum, knowing I have somewhere to come and voice all my opinions ect really keeps me going.
In the past I have started a diet and 2 days later I would eat cr@p again!

Hey, Tasha, just noticed your diary. You are doing really well! I always admire people who can lose weight by watching what they eat and exercise - much harder than anything else - thumbs up!

Today I am feeling pretty good :D someone at work who doesn't know im dieting comented that I looked slimmer!! Yay!! was very happy with that!

Todays food has been:
Brekkie - yogurt - 94 cals
Snack - special K bar - 84 cals
Lunch - chicken soup - 202 cals
Snack - special K bar - 86 cals
Tea - WW maccoroni cheese with side salad - 450 cals
Snack - cereal bar - 130 cals
Drinks - 1 ltr flavoured water - 10 cals

Total - 1056 calories :D
Also been on a 30 min power walk with dogs plus was out for an hour with them this morning.
I've noticed that if I eat light meals with snacks in between im staying a lot fuller for longer so am going to stick with doing this.

Tomorrow is also weigh in day :eek: can't believe how quick this week has gone! Am quite nervous but am hoping to have lost 1-2lbs, fingers crossed xx

Your losses are very consistent, that's good as you know that you're getting the balance just right for what you're eating. Congratulations and roll on 1/2 a stone!

Today has been another good day - I always say that don't I lol.

Brekkie - Yogurt 94 cals & 6 :rolleyes: melba toasts - 72 cals
Snack - special K bar - 88 cals
Lunch - soup- 188 cals & fruit salad - 130 cals
Snack - special K bar - 84 cals
Tea - Turkey steak with veg - 300 cals

Total - 960 altogether, will be having a hot choc later tho at 37 cals so am still under 1000 for today.

Exercise - 20 min power walk & 10 mins on air walker.

I've been lucky these last 3 weeks in that I've lost 2lbs each week but I reckon now its going to slow down so I really need to up my cardio work. So Im going to join the gym next week - even tho I can't really afford it!. Going to try & go 4 times a week for 45 mins whilst im on my lunch break. Am also going to start doing more toning work on my legs & especially my belly as thats the place that jiggles the most lol.

How is everyone?

I have just been on a 1 hour walk with the dogs which involved m doing squats & star jumps whilst throwing the ball lo, have also just done 100 sit ups & a few squats.
Im starving now tho but am going to wait til I get to work otherwise I'll be picking on things all day!
 
good on ya chick! dogs seem like a very good workout tool!!!
well ive done well the last da or so :) will update my diary now too!

Hello again.

Today I have struggled so much :( I've been soo hungry but I managed to stay strong and resist the temptation of chocolate.

I have eaten:
Brekkie - yogurt 86 cals & Melba toast 48 cals
snack - special K bar 88 cals
Lunch - tuna salad - 217 cals & yogurt 70 cals
Snack - special K bar 86 cals
Tea - WW chicken curry 346 cals
Drinks - 1ltr water & hot choc 37 cals

Total - 978 cals not over 1000 so may have a few melba toasts just to up the count a bit. Defo reccomend Melba toast for anyone that likes to snack on things, There delicious & only 12 cals per one plus there cheap!
Haven't done anymore exercise apart from 10 mins on airwalker but I did do my walk ect this morning :D
 
Thank heavens friday is nearly over & its finally the weekend :banana dancer: It has dragged sooo much!

Today has been another good day, someone at work went & bought chocolate cookies from greggs :grumble: but to be honest once I got over the shock lol I realised that I didn't actually fancy one :flirt2:

So todays diet has gone like this -
Brekkie - yogurt 86 cals & 4 melba toast - 48 cals
Snack - Special K bar - 88 cals
Lunch - Tuna salad 220 cals & yogurt 70 cals & bar - 86 cals
Snack Melba toast x 2 - 24 cals
Tea - WW quiche & salad - 400 cals
Drinks - 1 ltr water, cherry diet coke 2.5 cals & hot choc later - 37 cals

Total - 1062 cals :D
Haven't done much exercise apart from 15 mins of Martine Mcutcheon dvd. Didn't want to over due it today as tomorrow Im taking the dogs on a 5 mile walk :chores016: so that should burn plenty of cals!
 
Today has been a horrible day, nothing to do with the diet, but theres a few things going on in my personal life that is just breaking my heart :cry:
So due to so many tears being shed today Im not too hungry,

Brekkie - 2 yogurts 164 cals
Lunch - ww bangers & mash 312 cals
Snack - 2 melba toasts 26 cals
Tea - 3 chicken drumsticks - 300 cals??

So thats a total of 802 cals will try top it up but just don't know if I can stomach any more food.

I've also been on a 6 mile walk this afternoon, not sure how many calories I burnt but hopefully a few.

Today is the 1st day in nearly 4 weeks that I have been tempted & sucumbed :sigh: my lovely gran had made me a chocolate cake to try & cheer me up, bless her. So I had to have some, but I had the tiniest slither.
Luckily tho even including the cake, I haven't gone over 1300 cals today so as long as I do some exercise tomorrow and not eat too much then I should be ok, fingers crossed x
 
Evening to anyone who pops in for a read (not too many lately :()

its going to be so hard for me this week & the upcoming weeks, the dogs will be going at some point at the end of the week. At the moment everything feels normal & its like there here to stay. Im sure the reality will sink in when the fosterer comes to collect them :sigh:
Food wise I've been good but ended up throwing up my brekie fr crying too much (tmi sorry)

Brekkie - yogurt 94 cals 5 MT - 60 cals
Snack - special k bar 88 cals
lunch - soup 155 cals
snack - special k bar 84 cals & mints 170 cals
Tea - WW veg curry 296 cals
Total - 947 cals which isn't enough, will probs have hot choc before bed.
Exercise - only done a bit of walking, got drama group later so will walk to & back from there.
