Hi guys, I have a tassimo machine and to use it I use two pods - a milk and an expresso.

Can I use the milk as my HEA and the expresso be free?

Hi, No im afraid not. Found this online for you... is this them?????

Tassimo,
T-Discs Milka , each
= 7.5 syns.
Hiya, thanks. I think that one is a hot chocolate. If I remember rightly the expresso discs are free just not sure about the milk. I would have thought if it was just milk with nothing added it would be free but who knows lol I'm also not sure if it is semi or full fat. :/ Thanks for looking. :)

I think these are called "creamer" t discs. They add sugar to them so at least the calories from the sugar needs to be syned. According to the SW website:

But those syns will be for the milk as well as the sugar in the discs. It depends how safe you want to be; I think you'd be alright counting it as 1/3 of your HeA (because 1 HeA of milk is 6 syns) plus 1/2 a syn for the added sugar.
