Been away in Torquay to see hubby's family. So not been on here. Your right so many more on here now ...I cant keep up lol and I never know what to write in other's diaries

I am pleased with the loss more so because I wasn't expecting of at all.

Aw thanks for asking, she is coping, she has her quiet thoughtful moments, Barron was a little pony with a huge character she misses him much as do I. We went to watch a local show on Sunday it was full of tiny kids showjumping we had a few giggles remembering when she and Barron used to go, I got quite emotional. So kind of you to ask about her I really appreciate it xx

It will take time, but its good to remember and laughing is such a tonic. She's been so brave, I know how proud you are of her. You've too have been a tower of strength, not sure i could have held it together like you both have.

Size 12 WOO HOO!!

Lovely when things like te veins reappear isnt it! Haven't had that one myself yet but my feet seem to have shrunk two sizes in 3 months - fantastic feeling to go for those pretty little shoes now!

I do make 'subtle' comments don't I? HAHA About as subtle as a brick to the back of the head at times. But I really do mean what I say in regards to you. Sometimes we fail to see just how far we have come in this journey and hold back giving credit to ourselves,
but can dish it out to others for encouragement...
You amaze me ...,full stop.

As for clothes shopping as mentioned above regarding clothes for yourself - count me in on a shopping spree too. A total girly weekend is in order.

So today has been a good day, had a workshop which means I am away from home tonight. I had breakfast before i left the house but after I sorted psyco pony out, really must find a new name, he loves me now lol

Had my bar for my lunch and then once the workshop finished I took myself off shopping. I bought a top for work and a jumpsuit. I even tried it on at the shop, I know shock horror! I also tried a dress on for work, but realised that spending £40 on a dress that wouldnt fit in another month or so was a waste!

Got back to the hotel and tried on my new top with the work skirt I am wearing tomorrow. Correction was wearing, it practically dropped to the floor! Wow! or not as the case maybe as I started to panic that I may have to go shopping again for a skirt for tomorrow. Instead I packed a dress, quite casual but still I can get away with it for work. I have to wear a belt with it as it looks like a sack otherwise, although the gathering on the waist is a give away that its too big. Hey ho will just sit down all day lol

Just met everyone in the bar for drinks, water in my case. They have all gone for dinner now, they tried to get me to go sit with them but I didnt feel it appropriate. I think some of the group are slightly frustrated at the amount of attention I am getting today. I havent seen some of them since I started this a we are a national team and dont always manage to get together. One guy has done LL and said just come have some protein thatd ok, so explained thats not how I am losing the weight and that I am total on the plan. Might go back down later to socialise with them, one of the team apparently interviewed for a position within LL but didnt like some of the derogatory (sorry if I have spelt that wrong) about the plan.

Had a text from the girl at the yard about the loan horse, she has his tack now and asked if i wanted to ride him today, typical Im away tonight, grrrrr!

So all in all a good day, I think last nights weightloss has spurred me on along with all you fabulous girlies, what would I do without you all. You are amazing! xxx

Bit worried had a blood test the Tuesday, apparently doctor couldnt get hold of me for two days so rang my son to tell me to call!! Anyway I have high potassium has anyone else had this? I now have to go to get another test tomorrow, he told me not to eat certain foods so I explained I am on LL. Really worried now xx

Aww hun... I wouldn't worry too much... That's why they're dong a second test, as one can be uncertain, so nothing is definite yet... besides, the sort of foods which you'd need to cut out to lower your potassium level, you're not eating anyway...

Chin up hunny, it's unlikely to be anything to do with LL, and so you'll be able to stay on the plan... as for the possibility that you do have high potassium, there are numerous ways to lower it, in totally food-unrelated ways...

For example taking Calcium & Garlic supplements! Also it's recomended to drink plenty of water and exercise regularly, but of course, you already do this!

The only reason the doc is so keen to check you out is because of the possible side effects of high potassium... but it's not hard to lower again, so do not stress hunny, you'll be fine!
